Pilates 4U offers private and semi-private pilates instruction focusing on reaching all of your fitness or rehabilitation goals. Pilates 4U offers a variety of Pilates mat classes throughout the week for all levels of participants. Classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure you receive the higest level of personalized instruction. Pilates 4U offers specialty classes for pregnant moms, althletes and post-surgery or injury. Pilates is a unique form of exercise that stabilizes your joints using slow, controlled movements to lengthen your muscles while you strengthen. Learning to stabilize the small muscles in your joints is important to reduce the risk of injuries. When you learn to correctly stabilize your deep abdominal muscles you in turn help support your back which can reduce stressful forces that can lead to back pain.
