Sarah Huitt 
Sarah has had a background in physical therapy for over 8 years and has taught a variety of group exercise classes for over 15 years.  In 2002, after completing her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Sarah became certified in teaching Pilates through the Professional Health and Fitness Institute.  Sarah has taught Pilates mat classes in a variety of settings including health clubs, doctor's offices and recreation centers for the past 8 years.  As a licensed physical therapist, she has demonstrated how Pilates exercises can be safely taught to all clients to refine strength, rehabilitate injury, and revive your spirit.  In 2009, Sarah opened Pilates 4U in Charlotte, NC.

Amy Esterhay 
Amy has been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. She has taught Pilates at numerous studios for 10 years and has been a Group Fitness Director for two area clubs in Charlotte, Activities Director at Olde Providence Racquet Club and personal trained at numerous locations since 1995. For 10 years she was the host of "Homestretch" a nationally syndicated fitness show produced in Charlotte. In addition, she has produced 20 exercise videos, 4 of which were for Good Housekeeping magazine and one video to promote a new product called the Pro-Bar. In addition to fitness, Amy plays and competes in Charlotte Interclub League, Queen CIty League and USTA tennis leagues.

Stacy Conder 
Stacy is a licensed physical therapist with more than 10 years experience practicing physical therapy. Stacy became certified in teaching Pilates, both mat classes and reformer sessions, through the Professional Health and Fitness Institute in early 2010. Stacy enjoys applying the principles of Pilates to many different patients and for both rehabilitation and fitness purposes.
