Class Descriptions:
 
Pilates Beginner/Intermediate-This is the perfect class for you if you have never taken a Pilates class or you are wanting to return to Pilates after some time off.  All classes 60 min.
 
Pilates Intermediate/Advanced-This class is designed for more advanced Pilates participants who are familiar with Pilates mat exercises and who can progress in a faster pace class. All classes 60 min
 
Pilates All Levels- This class is open to all Pilates participants from beginner to advanced.  Modifications are given to challenge each participant.  All classes 60 min
 
Pilates 4U & Your Baby- Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise after having a baby.  Learn how to stabilize your spine and prevent back pain while caring for your new baby, while also strengthening your pelvic floor and abdomen. Not only will you develop long, lean muscles, you will also have fun bonding with your baby!  For moms and babies 6 weeks to crawling age. Classes limited to 5 moms and babies, so sign up now!
 
 
 
                              Pilates 4U During Pregnancy
 
Pilates is the perfect way to stay in shape during your pregnancy.  While many forms of exercise take oxygen and blood flow away form your core muscles to your extremities, Pilates does just the opposite.  Increasing oxygen and blood flow to your core is what your baby needs to develop and grow properly and that is just what Pilates exercise does.
